In Tehran, there are big problems regarding the establishment and operation of loaders, and also the high volume of cargo in this metropolis and the dispersion and lack of integration of existing docks have caused high traffic and air pollution in Tehran. Due to the fact that belt line 2 of Tehran (Charmshahr) which connects Garmsar road to Qazvin road and passes through the south of the airport city and considering that this belt is the connection between the three provinces of Tehran - Alborz - Qazvin, the dock can be established in Imam airport city. It has a comprehensive and complete centrality according to it and also has caused the removal of more than 1000 hectares of warehouses and scattered docks in the city of Tehran, most of which have worn-out texture, which has caused traffic problems in the city and caused traffic jams and pollution.
Due to the connection of railways, roads and airports, the airport city can become the best place for intelligent landing in the metropolis of Tehran, and its transfer will significantly reduce traffic, unnecessary traffic and transportation in Tehran, and noise and air pollution.
