Introduction
Council of Ministers meeting dated 09.30.1376 referred to the original one hundred and thirty-eighth constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran approved:
1 - To coordinate between organizations, free trade zones, industrial, Islamic Republic of Iran, chaired by Council President and composed of the following individuals will be formed:
Ministers of Economic Affairs and Finance, Business, Country, Labour and Social Affairs, Industries and Mines and Metals, Roads and Transport, Oil, Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Culture and Islamic Guidance, president of Management and Planning, Head of Bank Central Islamic Republic of Iran and Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free Trade Zones, Industrial.
2 - Duties and powers of the Council of Ministers, the issue of the Administration of Free Trade Zones - Industrial Act of 1372 - and amendments further including the Law on Administration Free Trade Zones - Industry Act 1377 - (except Clause (2) Article (1) law) to the Commission, consisting of ministers ...
